# Transaction Approvals System Integration Guide

## Overview
The Transaction Approvals System provides role-based transaction approval functionality across all modules in the AIPT system. This guide explains how to integrate the system into any module's sidebar.

## What's Included

### 1. Controller Methods
- `getRoleDashboard()` - Main dashboard with statistics
- `getPendingTransactionsForRole()` - Transactions pending current user's approval
- `getWaitingTransactions()` - Transactions waiting for other roles

### 2. Blade Views
- `role-dashboard.blade.php` - Main approval dashboard
- `role-approvals.blade.php` - Pending transactions list
- `role-waiting.blade.php` - Waiting transactions list

### 3. Routes

## Integration Methods

### Method 1: Using the Include File (Recommended)
Add this line to any module's sidebar:

### For Trademark Module
Add to `resources/views/layouts/sidebar.blade.php` in the Trademark section:

## Workflow Logic

### Pending Transactions
Shows transactions where:
1. User's role is in the approval chain
2. All previous roles have been approved
3. Current role is not yet approved

### Waiting Transactions
Shows transactions where:
1. User's role is not in the approval chain, OR
2. User's role has already approved but waiting for others

## Styling

The system uses consistent styling that matches the existing AdminLTE theme:
- Font Awesome icons
- Bootstrap classes
- Custom CSS for approval sequences
- Responsive design patterns

## Security

- All routes are protected by authentication middleware
- Role-based access control
- Input validation and sanitization
- CSRF protection on forms
